Access to the lawn also affects service time. Small backyard gates or fenced areas may prevent us from using larger commercial mowing equipment, which means we must use smaller machines and spend more time completing the job.
Long driveways, difficult parking, or limited space for our truck and trailer setup can also increase service time. Properties where the lawn is easily accessible from where we park generally cost less to service.

Our team is happy to occasionally move small items during a visit, but if this becomes a regular occurrence and significantly slows down the service, additional housekeeping fees may apply.
Pet Owners
For the safety of our team and equipment, we ask that all pet waste be removed from the lawn prior to our visit.
Please note that our crews do not clean up after pets. If equipment needs to be cleaned due to pet waste before moving to the next property, a minimum cleaning fee of $75 may apply.
